This site has no accounts, no forms and no sign-in. We don’t ask for or store your name, e-mail or location.
What is collected
Our host, Cloudflare, processes the technical data any web request carries (IP address, browser, page) to serve and protect the site, and keeps it for a short time. We don’t set cookies and don’t use outside analytics or advertising trackers.
Visit counts
- We count page views ourselves, without cookies and without any outside service, to see which pages people use. For each view we keep the page, the day, the site you came from (such as a search engine), whether it was a phone, your country and how long the page was in use.
- To tell visits apart without cookies, we keep a code made from your connection and a random value that changes every day, so a visit can’t be followed from one day to the next. Your IP address is not stored, and counts are deleted after 13 months.
Live readings
To show the latest water temperature and lake level, your browser asks our own server for the reading. That request carries no personal data.
